Asmaa's spirit, her journey
For 15 years, Asmaa has shared her Morocco through her catering and table d'hôte business in France. She designed this riad with her French husband, so every guest could feel a little of her spirit, the fruit of a blend of cultures.
The horseshoe-shaped house blends Berber style with European modernity and comfort.
Before Morocco, there was Asmaa's table. For more than ten years she organized meals at people's homes and festive receptions within 100 km of Lacanau, in the Gironde, before opening her table d'hôte in 2015. Her inventive cooking and natural gift for welcoming people earned her a loyal clientele, many of whom became friends.
The riad grew out of her wish to share the Morocco she loves. Building began in 2013, near Agadir, in the first foothills of the High Atlas, and continued until 2017, when the house opened its doors to travelers. In September 2022, Asmaa ended her catering and table d'hôte activity in France to open a new chapter in her story.
Today, Asmaa welcomes you herself on the property. She wanted to offer her guests and friends even more authenticity than she could in France, with personalized support throughout the stay for those who want it. Welcome, everyone. The story continues…
