This page explains in plain terms what data this site collects, why, who can see it and how to exercise your rights.
Who we are
riadasmaa-agadir.com is published by Riad Asmaa, a guesthouse located at Douar Ibn Ayaden, 80000 Agadir, Morocco.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the booking form: name, email address, phone number (optional), arrival and departure dates, number of guests, room type and your message.
We do not create customer accounts and never ask for payment details on this site.
Why we use it
To answer your booking request and arrange your stay, at your request. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or share it.
Who has access
Your request is sent by email to the Riad Asmaa team. To do this we rely on technical providers: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Namecheap (the contact@riadasmaa-agadir.com mailbox). Some of these providers are based in the United States.
How long we keep it
Your messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where relevant, your stay, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets a single cookie that remembers your chosen language (1 year). It is strictly necessary to display the site and is never used for tracking.
To see which pages are visited, we use Vercel Web Analytics: anonymous, aggregated audience measurement with no cookies, no personal identifier and no cross-site tracking. No advertising tools are used, so no consent banner is needed.
Your browser only remembers two small preferences while the tab is open (booking pop-up already closed, swipe hint already seen). They are never sent anywhere and are cleared when you close the tab.
Third-party services
The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap's servers and route calculation uses the OSRM service; these services receive your device's IP address in order to display the map. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or Booking.com take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for residents of the European Union, the GDPR, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email us at contact@riadasmaa-agadir.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco) or the data protection authority in your country.
